Joaquín Polito – President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Before founding TIP Inc. Mr. Polito, 54 years old, developed his main activity as an architect within the maintenance, assembly and civil construction industries acting with his own companies. Some of his works include the Honorable National Congress, Presidency of Argentina, Government House (Casa Rosada), Fate, Aluar, Nec Argentina, Sideco Americana, Cencosud Unicenter Shopping, Panamericano Buenos Aires and Bariloche Hotels, Guaraní Hotel Corrientes, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Intercontinental Hotel, Sade Shopping Costa Salguero, Irsa Abasto Shopping, Embassy and Chancellery of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Embassy of the Netherlands, Clínica Bazterrica, Hotel Palazzo Ariete, Bingo Adrogué, Embassy Of the Kingdom of Morocco, Sepra Peralta Ramos, University of Salvador, University of Belgrano and Universidad Católica Argentina. Mr. Polito is an Architect and a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires.
Roberto Carballa – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Prior to founding InRoaming, the first company in Latin America dedicated to roaming services, Mr. Carballa, 55, worked for over thirty years for SITA, Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques, ending as Head of Solution Design for Latin America and Argentina Country Manager. He has 35 years of global experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries. He has extensive technical knowledge combined with intense experience in operations, technical integration, provision of transport and access networks. He had responsibility in the sales area related to the provision of complex IT solutions. Mr. Carballa is Systems Analyst at the ORT Institute of Technology in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Masters in Business Administration at IEDE in Madrid, Spain.
Daniel Cosentino – Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Prior to co-founding TIP Inc. and DC & G Investments, a boutique investment firm, Mr. Cosentino, 58, was International Director of Capital Markets Argentina where he acted as local advisor to Morgan Stanley, Dillon Read, ANZ Merchant Bank and Several international hedge funds dedicated to emerging markets. At Schlumberger Ltd., he served as Controller for Southeast Asia with responsibility for fifteen countries. He participated in acquisitions and sales of several companies based in the United States, Canada and South America; and he designed the legal, tax and treasury structure for various countries in Latin America. Mr. Cosentino began his career at Arthur Andersen, a Public Accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Master in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, USA.
Sergio Roth – Systems Manager
Prior to joining TIP as its premier software developer, Mr. Roth, 44, participated in more than a thousand web-based and Android-based tools and developments working as a consultant or leading teams for different companies in the US, Canada , Spain, England, Sweden, Australia, Costa Rica, Chile and Argentina. Mr. Roth specialized in business management systems and tools that use the Web as a platform. One of his developments was “penny auctions”, whose heart is used today in several commercial scripts. Founded in 2005 “lacompraincreible.com” and participated until 2011 in this site that was one of the first to use its platform in Argentina. Currently owns the portal www.aviajarporargentina.com.ar. Among its many developments are the program used to translate Google products into Norwegian, Danish and Finnish through a Swedish translation company, a car pooling system for Latin America and several tools to put together marketing campaigns using data available from the competitors. Mr. Roth is a Senior Tourism Technician graduated from the Higher Institute of Education of the Automobile Club Argentino in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
